Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canadian and USA residential addresses only.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time

All Canadian orders are shipped via Chit Chats Select, a fully tracked and insured Canadian courier service. The estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days.

All USA orders are shipped via Chit Chats U.S. Edge, a fully tracked and insured Canadian courier service. The estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 – 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate notification with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Free Canada-wide shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes).

Free USA-wide shipping on orders over $150 CAD. Customs Duties and import charges are paid by the customer, and will be charged separately.

Free local pickup is available in Calgary, Alberta. Free delivery is available to Calgary, Alberta and surrounding areas, including Airdrie, Chestermere, and Strathmore.
