Stone and Sequin Displacement

Any displacement of stones, sequins, or other embellishments is not considered a defect. This is a characteristic of the intricate, handmade craftsmanship involved in creating our products. We recommend that items be gently hand-washed and not tumble dried or washed with other garments.

Manufacturing Stains

Certain products may exhibit minor stains from the manufacturing process. These stains are remnants of tailor’s chalk or similar marking tools used during production. They are not defects and can be easily removed through washing.

Craftsmanship Variations

At Jamalek.online, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our designs. However, due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations in pattern, design, and craftsmanship may occur.

Embroidery Variations

Loose threads, slight differences in embroidery placement, and minor design variations due to batch restocks are not considered faults. The embroidery process may naturally result in small gaps, variations in thickness, or differing stitch lengths, all of which contribute to the delicate craftsmanship of the product.

Label Adjustments

In some cases, labels may be removed or replaced if an incorrect label was initially attached to the item. This does not indicate a fault in the product.

Embellished Items

Items with embellishments such as gems, beads, or decorative details may catch on certain fabrics. This is a natural characteristic of such designs, and we advise handling and wearing these items with care to avoid snagging.

Shawl and Belt Variations

Any shawl provided as part of an Abaya promotional offer is complimentary. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Additionally, we may decline to exchange any defective or damaged complimentary shawl, and any exchanges will be made at our discretion as a goodwill gesture. The belt received with an Abaya order may differ in color or material based on the availability of materials at the time of your order.
