Once you select an item and complete your order, you’ll receive an
email confirmation. Please ensure that all your billing and
shipping details are accurate, as we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
if the information is incomplete or suspicious.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please note that:
- Non-returnable Items: Personalized items, sale items (exchange only), custom orders, headwear (due to hygiene), and fragrances that are opened or not in secure packaging.
- Process: Initiate a return or exchange via our online form, and once the item is inspected (up to 5 days), refunds are processed via your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

If your item has defects or damage (including stains or noticeable signs of wear), please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and, if approved, process a refund or arrange for an exchange.

Jamalek Consultation is our personalized service designed to help you select the perfect Abaya or any of our exclusive product offerings. This service aims to provide in-depth guidance on sizing, material selection, and design preferences. To learn more, visit our Jamalek Consultation page.
We offer two types of consultations:
- In-Person Consultation: Available in Calgary and surrounding areas (Airdrie, Chestermere, and Strathmore). You’ll receive up to 10 selected designs and/or products of your choosing to your doorstep for a one-hour session, with a $15 CAD fee to cover fuel expenses.
- Online Session: A complimentary 20-minute virtual session showcasing four pre-selected items along with expert advice on fit and design.

Yes. We use encrypted transmission methods for all credit card information and adhere to strict security protocols to ensure your payment details are safe during every transaction.

Orders can be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us immediately at
help@jamalek.online if you need to make any changes. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to have discrepancies or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Our Terms and Conditions prohibit using Jamalek.online for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or distributing malicious software. Any misuse of our services may result in termination of your account or legal action.

All fees are transparently communicated at the time of purchase. For example, if an item is returned without proper packaging or is overly creased, a 10% handling fee (or a $20 CAD fee if returned due to non-compliance) may be applied.

Yes, we do accept custom orders. However, once the order process for a custom item has begun, it is not eligible for a refund. Refunds are granted at our discretion and depend on the stage of progress of the order.
